At YouthNation, we value our students and strive to provide high-quality learning experiences. We understand that sometimes situations may arise where a refund request is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of course/package purchase.
  • Refunds will only be applicable if the student has not completed more than 20% of the course content.
  • Any promotional/discounted purchases are non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • If more than 20% of the course has been accessed.
  • If the refund request is made after 7 days of purchase.
  • If the purchase was made during a special offer or sale.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at youthnationn18@gmail.com with your order details. Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed and credited into the following bank account 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
